Stocker Street Creative's construction timeline is projected to be mid-late 2027 for completion. Construction duration is approximately 3years.

Current City of Los Angeles permitted works hours are M-F 7:00 am – 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Our typical workday hours will be M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional weekend work for large equipment deliveries and heavy construction equipment deliveries.

To mitigate noise we will comply with City work hours and install a sound wall adjacent to the existing residential building adjacent to the project site on the north side.

For construction debris we will comply with SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program) which includes:

1. placing trash collection bins for waste disposals and recycling
2. installing storm water runoff protection such as sandbags, straw wattles, and silt fence as required

We will comply with SCAQMD dust control/reduction requirements during construction including watering during excavation and construction activities that may kick up dust.
