Social Impact Investor and Filmmaker Jessica Sarowitz Is the Woman Re-defining the Landscape of LA's Creative Community With Stocker Street Creative

4S Bay Partners LLC, based in Chicago, along with its Los Angeles-based property management and project development consulting team, Pantheon Business Consulting LLC, readies to kick off a memorable night of Black culture at PAFF in a global celebration of Pan African culture during Black History Month. 

As communities and municipalities recover, setting infrastructure for the arts is an important consideration within the context of a creative economy. Once completed, the SSC is going to change the Crenshaw Corridor and more importantly give Black creatives another seat at the table.

A proposed creative campus in the Crenshaw Corridor would provide what is being called a “Tyler Perry-like” studio environment for budding Black and brown filmmakers while becoming a vital part of the economic boon that is revitalizing the area.

This new project will bring a community-friendly studio development to the Baldwin Hills and Crenshaw neighborhoods with a focus on economic development and amplifying Black voices.
